With great excitement, Save the Northfield Depot is delighted to invite supporters to the groundbreaking for the new location of the depot (just across the street from its current location) this Friday, October 9, at 3:30 p.m.
We plan to start the event with remarks from special guests near the current depot site and then walk across the street to start “breaking ground” on the future site. Please join us in celebrating your success and the upcoming move of the depot in a few weeks.
The board wants to express our deepest appreciation for your support. Without your monetary donations, contributions of time and energy, and words of encouragement, this initial but significant step would not have been reached. We are very excited about this first step forward in the implementation of the envisioned depot-pavilion-transit hub complex!
